Resetting Your Joomla Login in phpMyAdmin

  1. Log in to your Just Host cPanel account.
  2. Login to phpMyAdmin.
  3. Choose your database from the list on the left hand side of the page.
  4. Click the _users table. Note: By default this table will be called jml_users.
  5. Click the Edit link, to the left of your username.
  6. Locate the password row and choose MD5 from the drop-down menu.
  7. Enter your new password.
  8. Scroll down and click the Go button.
